Its grapes are selected with extreme rigour and vinificate in purity with a soft pressing. The fermentation at room temperature guarantee to those who enjoy a lively and elegant flavor, while remaining extremely pleasant and mild. Among its peculiarities is the greenish color and bright, featuring a minute and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense, very fine and fruity. Perfect as an aperitif, Prosecco Majer Extra Dry is ideal with fish and shellfish starters, or even ".full meal". with delicate dishes.

Prosecco Majer is a sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage, its flavour is fruity and slightly aromatic. An elegant aperitif, when served at 8-10°.C in slim tulip glblets it lends class to any important occasion.
